iRobi

iRobi, home robot  is a combination of computer and robot that has already a great success in Asia and soon will come in other continents. He obeys voice commands  (about 1000 words) and serves as a guardian or housekeeper.

iRobi, what does it know?

For children, it is like a nanny. He speaks, sings, manifests emotion by  movements.
It can learn English.
On his screen, it distributes films, and show information, to do that it connects to Internet through a wifi connection.
It manages an agenda and warns when a period ends. It is also a goalkeeper, it detects an unknown presence, has sensors to prevent smoke in case of fire and then launches a warning by phone.
